The cycle 'lane' on the side of London Rd is lethal. Making London Rd one way into town and Wenlock Rd one way out of town would allow space for dedicated cycle lanes on both roads

This is a main route for NHS workers to get to Royal Shrewsbury, a cycle path will help doctors and nurses to cycle to work and avoid paying the horrible parking fees.

Make the High Street/Shoplatch Area pedestrianised again during most of the day. Open for loading before 9am perhaps? Encourage cafes to have outside areas.

As the main route to and from Royal Shrewsbury hospital a safe cycle way is essential. This would also provide a link onto NCN81 and the new route into town. A 20mph speed limit would also help.
